What we are searching for
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (CRM) with min. 6 years of experience in consulting and solution architecture, you will be part of our Microsoft Center of Excellence. Because of your strong analytical & leadership skills, you can guide a Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform implementation. Your job will consist of a combination of tasks amongst which creating a solution design & architecture for various customers in different projects, guide & steer the development team in combination with the business analyst, validating the setup of different functionalities and integrations, etc.
Your Responsibilities
* At least 6 years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level.
* Ability to work on multiple projects.
* Ability to translate business requirements into an optimal solution design & architecture.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform / Azure / DevOps CI/CD.
Desired Profile
* Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing). Min. experience of 6 years.
* Team player, can work in a flexible and independent manner, problem‑solver.
* Has an interest in customer data and processes, which you will use to develop functional implementation plans in a CRM environment.
* Prior experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Service or Marketing.
* Pro‑active and strong communicative skills (NL, ENG, FR).
* Driven, motivated, passionate, and committed.
* Eager to learn and stay on top of the latest CRM trends.
* Travel is a possibility (if desired).
