* Identify and secure partnerships with brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers to grow our TikTok Shop service offerings.
* Develop and execute a Brazil/Mexico -focused business development strategy in alignment with our global operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ad ops, analytics) to tailor solutions for client needs.
* Build relationships with TikTok’s Brazil/Mexico teams to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
* Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
* 3-8 years of business development experience in:
* E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify)
* Digital marketing/advertising (4A’s agencies, performance marketing firms)
* Live commerce or social commerce service providers
* Proven track record of closing and scaling partnerships with mid-to-large brands.
* Deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, including live streaming, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
* Strong network in the Brazil/Mexico retail, DTC, or digital advertising industries.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams (APAC experience a plus).
