International companies can benefit from the state of the art advise of experienced Global Mobility experts to facilitate foreign assignments and contain associated costs. /p pWe are looking for Senior Personal Income Tax Consultants in our managed services team focusing on Compliance to work in one of our offices in Diegem, Antwerp, Ghent or Hasselt. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p ul liYou will work for clients and their employees on a daily basis in an international environment to comply with all relevant Belgian tax compliance obligations such as income tax returns, payrolls and communication with the Belgian tax authorities. /li liYou will notably assist them with: /li liCross border employment situations and Belgian/international tax implications. /li liOwnership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, able to apply in depth knowledge of your files with respect to: /li liBelgian resident and non-resident tax returns /li liReview of tax bills, prepare tax equalization calculations and apply for special tax concession. /li liThe set-up of the payroll for these international clients and related consultation. /li liAs a Senior Consultant, you will guide and coach junior team members. This involves providing mentorship, sharing knowledge, giving trainings and helping them develop their skills. /li liYou oversee the work of junior team members and ensure that tasks are completed in alignment with project timelines and objectives. You will drive a process-driven approach, ensuring that established processes are followed to maintain consistency and quality. /li liYou will participate in reviewing and enhancing operation efficiency through the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives. Meaning, you will participate in identifying areas where processes can be streamlined and where automation can be introduced to improve productivity. /li liYou will interact and closely work with other teams within our department in order to provide the client the full package of personal income tax (HR legal team, Personal income tax advisory team, immigration). You will work as one team, share responsibility and engage to get the extra mile towards your client portfolio. /li /ul pbWhat we look for /b /p ul liYou completed a Master’s degree in Law, (Applied) Economics or Commercial Sciences or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or accountancy/tax. /li liYou have 2 to 5 years relevant experience in a similar position. You have a profound knowledge and interest in personal income tax/individual tax matters. /li liYou have good verbal and written skills in Dutch or French and in English. /li liYou are eager to progress: self-knowledge and self-development are important for you. /li liYou like to communicate.
