* Be on site to help get the facility management get started and running smoothly
* Act as the main point of contact between the client accounts and internal teams
* Ask questions and gather practical information about how the companies work
* Help organize information, follow up on actions, and prepare clear reporting
* Support meetings, checks, and day‑to‑day activities when needed
* Travel, adapt to new situations, and learn how business operations work step by step
* When needed occasionally step in to replace your colleagues on site




* You just graduated or have a few years of experience
* You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus
* Proactive, confident, and comfortable speaking up and engaging with stakeholders
* Social, approachable, and motivated to help things move forward
* Structured, accurate, and reliable in organizing information and follow‑ups
* Fast learner who enjoys variety, change, and hands‑on work
* Flexible, curious, and invested in personal and professional growth
