* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
* Fluent English, with the ability to participate in daily meetings and prepare reports for the U.S. headquarters.
* 35+ years of experience in network administration, infrastructure engineering, or related roles.
* Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and Layer 3 environments.
* Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
* Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including IDS/IPS and endpoint protection.
* Familiarity with cloud networking models (AWS, Azure) and virtualized environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
* Strong documentation and technical writing capabilities.
* Design, plan, and implement scalable Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and secure wireless environments.
* Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
* Monitor network performance, analyze bandwidth usage, and proactively troubleshoot connectivity, latency, or availability issues.
* Support incident management and provide Level 2/3 technical support related to network and infrastructure environments.
* Implement and manage security protocols, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection solutions.
* Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards and cybersecurity best practices.
* Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans to ensure business continuity.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with global IT and infrastructure teams to improve network architecture, scalability, and reliability.
* Support cloud networking initiatives and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure).
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and network security standards.
* Act as backup support for the network team when required, ensuring continuity of operations.
