* Define WTG technical specifications and development plans to support negotiation, contracting and delivery of WTG packages within projects.
* Lead and manage WTG package execution within projects, including quality control, manufacturing surveillance and expediting of major components to ensure reliability and durability requirements are met.
* Provide technical authority and sign‑off for key WTG decisions, including technology selection, project assumptions, OEM selection and WTG contracts.

* Establish and continuously improve WTG methodologies, standards and governance, ensuring lessons learned and knowledge are captured and applied across projects.
* Ensure that WTG selection, contracting and delivery decisions contribute to minimising project LCoE while maintaining technical and commercial robustness.
* Define and govern wind turbine transport and installation (T&I) strategies, ensuring alignment with overall project execution plans.
* Provide technical authority and oversight for WTG transport and installation concepts, methodologies and technical documentation.
* Support project teams during installation readiness, offshore installation campaigns and commissioning phases to ensure safety, quality, schedule and performance requirements are achieved.

To be successful in the role you will bring

* Extensive experience in offshore wind turbine generators, with participation in a minimum of two offshore wind projects and preferably more than 10 years of relevant experience.
* Deep technical understanding of offshore wind WTG technology and design.
* Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of WTG supply and delivery contracts.
* Proven project management experience, including responsibility for WTG packages within large, complex projects.
* Demonstrated experience in leading functional responsibilities for multi‑million‑value contracts across multiple projects.
* Strong leadership and people management capability, with a proven ability to motivate teams, drive performance and build technical capability.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to represent the organisation in senior‑level engagements with turbine OEMs and external stakeholders.
