Your role
Under the responsibility of the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in the recruitment process of our future Life Sciences consultants and engineers. You will oversee several missions within ALTEN Belgium.
Recruitment
* In collaboration with Business Managers, you will define needs and write job offers to be posted on the appropriate platforms
* Identify candidates through job boards, social networks, and various sourcing channels to attract top talent
* Conduct initial phone screenings and pre-qualifications
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: from interview scheduling with Business Managers to contract signing
* Actively participate in weekly operational meetings
Communication & Employer Branding
* Support and develop relationships with universities and schools
* Attend job fairs and recruitment events
* Organize recruitment-related events
Profile & Requirements
* Strong interest in recruitment and the Life Sciences sector
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Languages: Dutch (mandatory), English (fluent), French is a plus
* Location : This position is based primarily in Antwerp, with regular presence required in Brussels, ensuring close collaboration with both teams.
