About the Role: Sr. Clinical Trial Manager – Oncology
As a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Early Feasibility Studies (EFS) in oncology. This role emphasizes agility, learning, and creative problem-solving to accelerate the development of breakthrough cancer therapies.
The role is remote, with 10-25% travel required, and can be based in any of our EMEA locations.
Key Responsibilities
4. Lead strategic and operational planning of interventional oncology trials
5. Manage global clinical studies in alignment with strategy, budget, and SOPs
6. Collaborate on development of study materials, systems, and regulatory submissions
7. Engage with external physicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
8. Oversee clinical trial budgets (up to 25%) including forecasting and variance reviews
9. Direct CROs and clinical vendors
10. Ensure audit readiness and risk management throughout the study lifecycle
11. Present study progress, data, and risks to leadership
12. Provide clinical input to product development teams
13. Domestic travel: 10–25%
Required Qualifications
14. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of oncology-related experience
15. 1–3 years in early feasibility oncology clinical research
16. 1–3 years of project/trial management experience
17. 1–3 years of financial and budget management experience
18. Experience working with CROs and clinical vendors
Preferred Qualifications
19. Experience in solid tumor, medical device, or drug development
20. Familiarity with product development teams
