Senior Product Manager
to join the team.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused purely on delivery or backlog management.
Our client is looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution — someone who understands where a product needs to go, what “good” looks like, and has the confidence to help teams and stakeholders get there.
You will own outcomes, not just outputs. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help shape digital products from early discovery through to launch and iteration.
The environment is collaborative, fast‑moving, and suited to people who are naturally curious, commercially aware, and comfortable operating across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery
You’ll help uncover the real problem before solutions are defined. This includes facilitating workshops, speaking with users and stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and using modern tools (including AI) to explore and validate ideas.
Client Partnership
You’ll build a deep understanding of client businesses, including their goals, challenges, and market context. From there, you’ll translate complexity into clear product direction while balancing ambition with practical constraints such as scope, timelines, and budget.
You’ll evaluate product opportunities through the lens of customer value, business viability, and technical feasibility. You’ll help define roadmaps, align stakeholders, and bring clarity to ambiguity.
Product Definition
Working closely with designers and technical experts, you’ll shape functional and product requirements while helping teams focus on what matters most.
Product Delivery
You’ll stay involved throughout delivery to ensure products are not only shipped, but genuinely successful. You value learning through iteration and real‑world feedback.
You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, helping designers, engineers, and stakeholders understand both what is being built and why it matters. You’ll also contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
