We are looking for a highly creative, execution-oriented, and commercially minded Branding Lead to drive brand storytelling, campaign identity, and launch communications for the Brazil market.
This is not a traditional corporate branding role.
You will act as the key owner of the brand narrative during our major launch campaigns, working closely with performance marketing, social media, PR, creative, and country leadership teams to ensure all brand communication is culturally relevant, visually impactful, and execution-ready at high speed.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in:
* Brand identity development

* High-volume content and creative coordination
Experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, consumer internet, or digital-first industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
* Lead the development and execution of the Brazil brand identity and positioning
* Own the creative platform, tone of voice, messaging framework, and visual direction
* Build and maintain scalable brand systems and governance standards
* Ensure consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
Campaign & Launch Execution
* Lead launch campaign narratives, teaser campaigns, countdown activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives
* Drive creative direction for major football and event-based campaigns
* Coordinate campaign storytelling across social media, KOLs, PR, CRM, paid media, and community channels
* Develop contingency creative plans for real-time market or sports-event reactions
* Work closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing assets at speed
* Review and approve campaign creatives, copy direction, and communication materials
* Ensure all outputs align with brand positioning and local market relevance
* Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to ensure approved communication standards

* Support integrated campaign planning and execution

* Continuously optimize messaging and creative direction based on campaign performance and market response
Must Have
* 5+ years of experience in branding, brand marketing, or creative campaign leadership
* Strong experience in:
* Brand positioning
* Brand identity systems
* Launch campaigns
* Rebranding projects
* Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced campaign execution
* Strong understanding of digital culture and social-first branding
* Hands‑on execution capability (not purely strategic)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Portfolio showcasing branding and campaign projects
* Professional English communication skills
