At SEGULA Technologies, we are expanding our team to support a strategic automotive industrialization project, within a high-impact environment directly linked to vehicle production and assembly processes.
We are looking for a Geometry / Dimensional Engineer to ensure geometric conformity of components and sub-assemblies during industrialization and production ramp-up.

Functions:
You will be responsible for validating and ensuring the geometric quality of parts and assemblies, supporting production readiness and guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications throughout the industrialization phase.
Your main responsibilities:
* Perform geometric validation of parts, tooling, and assembly processes
* Analyze dimensional and geometric defects and define action plans
* Ensure conformity of sub-assemblies according to specifications
* Support equipment installation and validation in production lines
* Coordinate with suppliers to prioritize development actions
* Drive technical modifications during development and industrialization phases
* Monitor geometric performance during ramp-up and serial life
* Contribute to continuous improvement and production quality
* Ensure reporting and tracking of geometric KPIs
The role is focused on geometric validation and industrialization activities on the
shopfloor
What are we looking for?
* Experience in geometry, dimensional control or assembly validation in automotive
* Background in industrialization, manufacturing or production environments
* Knowledge of measurement and validation tools (CMM, gauges, etc.)
* Experience in BIW, assembly or fitting processes is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High level of English
Nice to have:
* Experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
* Knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
* Experience in launch / ramp-up phases
* Hands-on experience on shopfloor
