The role offers immediate file ownership, direct client contact, and a broad spectrum of high-quality work spanning individual and collective labor law, restructuring, executive remuneration, and social security litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise national and international corporate clients on complex individual and collective labor law matters.Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, service agreements, policies, and termination packages.Assist clients with structural changes, including restructuring, corporate reorganizations, and the employment aspects of M&A transactions.Represent clients in employment-related litigation before Belgian labor courts.Conduct legal research and provide proactive updates on evolving Belgian social legislation.Required ProfileExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in employment and benefits law at a business or niche law firm.Education: Master's degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results.Additional Qualifications: An LL.M. in Social Law is considered a strong plus.Languages: Native Dutch-speaker or native French-speaker with an excellent command of English.
