Role overview
As a Business Analyst for ServiceNow projects, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your mission is to capture business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, analyze processes, and document business needs for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB modules.
Functional Design: Translate requirements into clear specifications and collaborate with architects and developers.
Project Coordination: Support planning, monitor deliverables, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Testing & Validation: Define test cases, assist in UAT, and ensure solution quality.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend process optimizations and stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities.
Profile
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM/ServiceNow projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Professional English proficiency.
