OverviewInku is looking for a Software Engineer to help build the next wave of capabilities for our AI-powered marketing platform. You will wear multiple hats and work on engineering, research, and everything in between, spanning model architecture, data curation, training and inference infrastructure, evaluation protocols, backend services, API development, and other topics at the cutting edge of generative AI.Inku is building custom brand models to deliver consistent, high-quality image generation at scale. As a Software Engineer, you will work across our entire stack—from GPU infrastructure and model training to backend services, APIs, and multi-agent interfaces. You would be responsible for benchmarking, profiling, debugging, and tuning training and inference of generative AI on production GPU clusters, while also building and maintaining services that power our platform. You will help instrument best-in-class tools and techniques to ensure reliability, performance, and health of distributed GPU systems and production services, and you will collaborate with the team to drive architectural improvements and influence the roadmap for software and hardware components.
