What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

Working in a vibrant, positive-language environment, you will handle inbound inquiries, emails, and live chats from Dutch-speaking consumers.

* The Inbound Experience: Guide users through the digital storefront when they state, "I can't find the article I am looking for" or need help deciding which luxury hardware configuration to buy.
* The Service Solution: Efficiently manage customer complaints, shipping delays, order cancellations, and product return requests.
* Skill Expansion: After 30 days on the job, you will enter a mandatory cross-skilling phase, blending both your sales and service capabilities to unlock advanced career opportunities within the project.

Requirements

* The Basics: Native or C1-level Dutch capabilities, alongside a strong B2 command of English.
* Technical Skills: Good overall PC proficiency, experience with MS Office, and a typing speed of $\ge25$ wpm with 80% accuracy. A natural familiarity with MacOS and iOS platforms gives you an instant head start.
* Experience: None! This is an entry-level opportunity designed for enthusiastic, tech-friendly individuals looking for an international breakthrough.


Performance Metrics (How You'll Shine)

You will track and optimize your professional success using three specific key performance indicators, supported by weekly training refreshers:

* TMS (Customer Satisfaction): Keeping customer happiness at an all-time high.
* BCR (Booked Call Rate): Nailing sales targets and conversion processes.
* FCR (First Call Resolution): Providing immediate, accurate solutions.
