Ph3Head of Sales - Belgium /h3 pCMA CGM Belgium, located in Antwerp, seeks a Head of Sales to lead and develop the Belgian sales organization in line with Group strategy and commercial objectives. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pAs Head of Sales Belgium, you will define and execute the commercial strategy for the Belgian market, translating Group objectives into concrete action plans and sustainable results. You will lead and empower Sales Managers and teams to engage their customer portfolios, grow volumes, diversify revenue streams, and continuously improve customer experience, while acting as a true ambassador of CMA CGM’s image and values. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and drive the bSales Strategy for Belgium /b, fully aligned with Group and Cluster objectives. /li liLead, structure and continuously improve the Belgian sales organization, enabling teams to deliver strong sales performance and customer engagement. /li liValidate, challenge and monitor business and action plans developed by Sales Managers and Account Managers, ensuring execution excellence. /li liDrive volume growth, acquisition and development of key customers, and diversification through maritime, value‑added services, inland solutions, digital products and cross‑selling within the CMA CGM Group. /li liCoach, support and develop Sales Managers and Executives, building strong commercial capabilities, engagement and future talent. /li liImplement and use management and performance tools (incl. CRM) to monitor effectiveness, discipline and results, and proactively initiate corrective actions when needed. /li liActively represent CMA CGM Belgium within the maritime and logistics ecosystem, building a strong external network and participating in relevant industry events and associations. /li liReport transparently on performance, progress and challenges to internal stakeholders (Trade, Cluster CCO, GM, ERO, HO). /li liEnsure consistent execution of the Belgian commercial strategy while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. /li liMinimum b10 years of experience /b in sales, trade or commercial operations within the maritime or logistics industry. /li liProven bpeople‑leadership /b experience, with a strong track record in developing teams, coaching managers and building high‑performing organisations. /li liStrong business planning and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results. /li liExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, both internally and externally. /li liComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international and constantly evolving environment. /li liFluent in bDutch/Flemish and English /b. /li liStrong customer focus, result‑driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and customer experience. /li /ul h3BENEFITS /h3 ul liGroup insurance for pension, life and invalidity. /li liAmbulatory medical insurance and dental plan. /li liAnnual performance bonus subject to personal and company performance. /li liHospitalisation insurance; free for employees, partners and children. /li liPossibility to make use of bicycle leasing. /li liEmployee Assistance Program via Lyra. /li liAccess to 3 000+ learning resources and courses. /li /ul h3ELIGIBILITY /h3 pApplying for this role is only possible if you are a Belgium resident living and working in Belgium, or if you have a valid working permit for Belgium. /p pCMA CGM respects, supports and values diversity in all forms.
