The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise workplace environments, conference room technologies, access control systems, and network-connected facilities infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Technology & IT InfrastructureProvide onsite technical support for workplace technologies and enterprise facilities systems.Support IT infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments.Coordinate with internal IT teams, facilities departments, and third-party vendors.Physical Security & Access ControlInstall, configure, and maintain:Access control systemsSmart locksWired and wireless barriersAutomated entry systemsBadge registration platformsEnsure operational reliability of building access systems across multiple sites.CCTV & Emergency InfrastructureDeploy and support:CCTV surveillance systemsAlarm serversVideophonesIntercom / parlephone systemsFire safety monitoring systemsMaintain emergency infrastructure including:Dead-man switchesEmergency lightingCritical alerting systemsNetwork & Communication SystemsSupport fiber and copper cabling infrastructure.Maintain workplace communication systems including:Walkie-talkiesDECT antenna systemsNetwork-synchronized clock systemsTroubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.AV, Conference Room & Collaboration SupportInstall and maintain:Conference room technologiesBoardroom AV systemsVideoconferencing equipmentPresentation systemsCinema room environmentsSupport portable and mobile audio systems for workplace operations and events.Office Moves & Corporate Event SupportSupport office relocations and workspace reconfigurations.Handle workstation setups, IT relocations, and network adjustments during office moves.Provide IT and AV support for:Board meetingsTown hallsCorporate eventsSite activities and organizational gatheringsTraining, Classroom & Lab SupportSupport classroom, laboratory, training, simulation, and e-learning environments.Maintain specialized educational and workplace training infrastructure.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in Workplace Technology Support, Facilities IT Support, EUC Support, Desktop Support, or Smart Building environments.Strong hands-on experience with:CCTV systemsAccess control systemsAV / VC technologiesConference room supportWorkplace infrastructure technologiesGood understanding of:Networking fundamentalsFiber and copper cablingEnterprise communication systemsExperience supporting:Office movesCorporate eventsMulti-site enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.Ability to work independently in onsite enterprise environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in manufacturing or enterprise corporate environments.Familiarity with workplace automation and smart building technologies.Experience with vendor coordination and facilities operations.ITIL or enterprise support process knowledge is a plus.
