The Opportunity
Based in Amsterdam or Brussels, the Enterprise Architecture team advises Adobe clients, including CIOs and CTOs, on improving customer experience and digital innovation. The role involves conducting architecture assessments, leading reference architecture discussions, creating solution vision, crafting roadmaps, and offering impactful recommendations.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning – partner with DX Account Executives to define overall account strategy and design an impact roadmap.
Define customer architecture & achievements, collaborate on Technical Case, assist Solution Architects.
Account Management – build trusted advisor relationships with customer CIO/CTO/CDO organizations.
Client Management – act as a senior trusted advisor covering the entire end‑to‑end customer journey.
Primary Accountabilities
Assess current customer situation and goals; develop future vision with IT roadmap; build solutions tailored to requirements using Adobe solutions.
Architecture Oversight – advise on post‑sales value realization and technical guidance throughout post‑sales.
Architecture Review – provide ongoing reviews and clarify new requirements to build client‑vendor relationship.
Develop long‑term strategy for roadmap, provide industry insights, and align client needs with Adobe solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Broad knowledge of Adobe DX solutions and deep knowledge in key domains (customer journey management, data management, implementation & integrations, personalization, analytics).
Deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns.
Leadership and project management skills to align sales resources in EMEA.
High‑level advising skills at the CxO level and strong relationships with executive architects.
Skilled in crafting technical roadmaps and integrating complex enterprise technologies at scale.
Job Specific Competencies & Skills
Presales consulting experience in the Adobe ecosystem.
Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Digital Experience solutions.
Professional experience in technical roles.
Successful EA engagements.
TOGAF qualified – highly desirable.
Expert knowledge of end‑to‑end processes and solution matching.
Design Thinking experience.
Experience in sales and sales processes.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Dutch.
