What You’ll Do

* Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for our e-commerce clients
* Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with our strategy team
* Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback
* Present your ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
* Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices

What You Bring
Must-Haves
* Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing
Nice-to-Haves
* Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify
* Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies
* Experience working in remote teams
* Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
