Job Description
The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring alignment across the executive leadership team. This role is pivotal in translating the CEO's vision into actionable initiatives, managing cross-functional priorities, and fostering a high-performance culture across the firm.
YOUR ROLE
Strategic Planning & Execution
* Support the CEO in developing and executing the firm's strategic agenda.
* Drive alignment across business units and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
* Lead special projects and transformation programs on behalf of the CEO.
Executive Support & Communication
* Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
* Manage the CEO's priorities, calendar, and key meetings to maximize impact and efficiency.
Operational Leadership
* Monitor and track progress on key business metrics and initiatives.
* Facilitate executive team meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks in decision-making and execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Represent the CEO in internal forums and external engagements when required.
* Build strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and trust.
* Support board-level communications and governance processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience (10+ years) in management consulting, corporate strategy, or executive operations.
* Strong understanding of the consulting industry, including business models, client delivery, and talent dynamics.
* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
