We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
* Sao Paulo, SP, BRA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience as a data scientist;
* 2 years of experience in data query languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.);
* Familiarity with statistical modeling/machine learning data analysis tools and techniques and parameters that affect your performance experience;
* Experience in applying theoretical models in an applied environment;
* Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in Python, Perl or another scripting language
* Experience in an ML or data scientist role at a large technology company
