This opportunity is with Ericsson’s Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance (GFLA) in EMEA, one of four Market Areas within Ericsson. The team delivers strategic support across commercial, regulatory, employment, and governance matters, empowering market achievements and ensuring regional compliance. The team collaborates with regional leadership to navigate legal challenges and advance business objectives.

What you will do
As the Head of Legal CU West Europe, you’ll be responsible for all legal matters within your assigned territory across a spectrum of complex commercial, corporate, regulatory, data protection, competition, intellectual property, sanctions/trade control legal issues and dispute resolution. This includes leading and/or providing senior partnership to legal and business teams across high-value and complex customer contracts, strategic partnerships, corporate transactions/M&A activity, corporate governance and advisory matters, and R&D activity. You will lead a team of ten attorneys, report to the Head of Legal EMEA, be a member of the EMEA Legal Leadership Team, and be an active member of the Leadership Team for CU West Europe.

What you'll bring
* Top-Tier Legal Acumen: 15+ years of experience in-house or at a leading law firm, with broad international experience; telecom/tech exposure a plus.
* Strategic Mindset: strong business acumen and ability to provide sound legal advice aligned with business objectives.
* Exceptional Communication: strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Growth Mindset: eagerness to learn and contribute to Ericsson’s legal function.
