Je werkt nauw samen met alle collega's binnen HR, leidinggevenden en sociale partners binnen de organisatie. Taken: Je werkt het compensation & benefits-beleid uit, analyseert het en optimaliseert het, afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt en verfijnt loonstructuren, verloningsscenario's en extralegale voordelen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk en aanspreekpunt voor het volledige proces van flexibel verlonen. Dit omvat het analyseren en evalueren van de voordelen, het coördineren en opvolgen van alle aanvragen, en het proactief informeren en adviseren van sociale partners, leidinggevenden en medewerkers Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van de arbeidswetgeving, interne policies en alle relevante regelgeving binnen het comp & ben-domein Je werkt mee aan strategische projecten zoals EU Pay Transparancy, mobiliteitsbudget, sociale verkiezingen Je analyseert marktgegevens en benchmarks om de competitiviteit en interne gelijkheid van het loonbeleid te bewaken. Jouw profiel: Je bent in het bezit van een master of bachelorsdiploma, idealiter in personeelswerk/sociale wetgeving, of kan gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen. Bij voorkeur beschik je over 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint en Excel). Een zeer goede kennis (spreken en schrijven) van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Je kan efficiënt, gestructureerd en georganiseerd zelfstandig werken. Je hebt oog voor continue verbetering en neemt vlot initiatief. Je denkt en werkt mee aan de creatie van een optimale werkorganisatie. Je bent een teamplayer die discreet, diplomatisch, nauwkeurig en flexibel kan werken. Door jouw expertise help je de organisatie meer transparantie, consistentie en toekomstgerichtheid te brengen in het verloningsbeleid. Je hebt een sterke kennis van arbeidswetgeving, loonstructuren en extralegale voordelen. Je werkt analytisch en data-gedreven en kan rapportages vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en adviezen. Je bent een zelfstarter die initiatief neemt en energie haalt uit het uitbouwen en verbeteren van processen. Je communiceert vlot en weet verschillende stakeholders te verbinden, van HR-collega's tot leidinggevenden.
