* Lead the team to reduce scrap
* Focus on standard work adherence
* Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements
* Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity
What Is Required
* Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production engineer, or correlated areas
* MBA is a differential
* Availability to travel to attend technical meetings and to work on shifts if needed to solve problems
* English (Advanced level)
