Freelance Recruitment consultant:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviews with directors and hiring managers.
* Actively source candidates for consulting, project management, PMO, and business analyst roles.
* Support administrative tasks and coordination related to recruitment and project management.
* Contribute to digital and organizational transformation projects by aligning recruitment and operational needs.
* Respond quickly to incoming project or staffing requests.
* Proven experience in recruitment and project coordination, ideally within a consulting or transformation environment.
* Strong communication skills in French and English.
* Skilled in sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms; proactive and adaptable mindset.
* Autonomous, organized, and able to manage several requests per week in a fast-paced context.
Dynamic environment, flexible work style: hybrid model with 2-3 days of remote work after an initial on boarding period on-site.
