Responsibilities
* Develop and implement AI/ML models for SaaS applications including customer intelligence, user segmentation, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, churn prediction, workflow automation, and intelligent search.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and services across cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Contribute to modern MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, version control, governance, and scalable AI infrastructure.
* Support the development and integration of Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and AI-driven product features.
* Evaluate and optimise model performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable business impact.
* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and contribute to the company's AI strategy and innovation initiatives.
Your Profile
* 2–5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong Python development skills.
* Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems in production environments.
* Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
* Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and large-scale data pipelines.
* Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, or AI agents is considered a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
