Key responsibilities:
* Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new partnership opportunities from Tourism Boards, Hotels, Cruises and other Tourism Products
* Prepare the marketing / sales plan in alignment with partner’s requirements and budgets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
* Coordinate and manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Complete responsibility of managing day to day activities for partners
* Engaging with travel agents to promote partner brands, manage on ground activities, promote uptake of the product
* Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, joint promotions with agents. Solicit participation from private sector partners in promoting the de
* Coordinating with marketing and design team to timely launch the communication as per the proposal campaign.
* Provide robust reporting of the campaign deliverables.
* Monitoring the campaign health regularly.
Experience and Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should have impeccable communication skills and should be presentable. They will be responsible for handling deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns signed up.
* 4-6 Years of overall Work-Experience, with Minimum 4 years in Travel Industry.
* Experience of either working with a Tourism Board, Tourism Representation Firm or in Tourism partnership role with a travel company, is a must.
* Excellent track record at building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* A master at juggling different projects simultaneously
* An understanding of the travel industry and how to sell destinations.
* Experience in Advertisement industry is welcomed.
