We're looking for an experienced Sales Lead to take the wheel of our commercial growth in Belgium.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead Sonaar's commercial development in Belgium and own the outcome
* Build, lead and coach a team of 4–5 highly motivated junior business developer — hire them, train them, grow them
* Stay hands-on: run the full sales process from A to Z (lead gen → closing) and guide your team through theirs
* Keep building the commercial engine as we scale. Continuously sharpen our sales playbook at every stage of the funnel — leveraging the full potential of AI to make it more efficient
* Contribute to our GTM strategy: pricing, positioning, and product direction
* Become a reference and a voice in Belgium's public procurement sector
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT MATCH
* Previous experience (4/5 years) in B2B SaaS, in a startup or scale-up environment
* Full energy to bring a real growth dynamic into a team
* Feet on the ground, head in the stars — a do-er mentality, still very hands-on for your own deals but able to step back and see the bigger picture
* A fast learner, eager to have an impact from day 1
* You're excited by AI and modern sales tooling
* Bilingual French and Dutch
