We are seeking a Labour Law Specialist (Netherlands) to strengthen our internal capabilities and support our teams across the NL perimeter. Your Mission As our internal go-to expert, you will play a key role by providing strong legal guidance on all labour law matters. Your responsibilities will include: Offering daily legal advice to HR and operational teams Managing individual employee relations cases (disciplinary matters, potential disputes, risk assessment) Ensuring consistency and compliance across HR practices in the Netherlands Providing clear, reliable assessments of risks and recommended actions, without relying on external legal counsel Supporting the Belgium and Luxembourg teams in the future, depending on workload Payroll Dimension (NL) – Advisory Only You will not be processing payroll. However, your expertise will help us: Assess whether current payroll practices meet NL legal requirements Support our Payroll Director on compliance-related questions Identify potential gaps or risks in payroll processes Your Profile You will be a strong match if you bring: ✔ Proven experience as a Labour Law Specialist in the Netherlands ✔ Hands-on exposure to employee relations and disciplinary cases ✔ Experience advising HR teams and business leaders ✔ Background in Retail or fast-paced environments (FMCG, services, etc.) is highly valued ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to translate legal topics into practical guidance ✔ Fluency in Dutch French English (ideal combination) What We Offer Permanent contract Competitive compensation package Hybrid work: 2 days/week at our Brussels HQ (flexible depending on candidate location) An international environment with supportive and collaborative teams
