As Implementation Manager, you'll lead strategic SaaS implementations for banks, insurers, and other regulated organisations that rely on Harmoney to automate and modernise their compliance operations.

Your impact

As Implementation Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You'll act as the bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer needs, and scalable within our product vision.

This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and direct influence on customer success.


What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live

• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery

• Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations

• Guide customers towards best-practice adoption of the platform

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams

• Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go-live activities


What will help you succeed


Essentials

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments

• Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions

• Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French


Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations

• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries

• Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
