Our zero medical incident rate shows our unwavering commitment to safety.We invest in your professional growth and support development through global projects, performance feedback, and innovation-focused initiatives.Apply now — and grow with purpose.This role is based in the Benelux region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account ManagementDevelop and execute long-term account plans aligned with customer priorities and FPS objectives.Build executive-level relationships across Procurement, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, and Senior Leadership.Drive retention, organic growth, and margin improvement through value-based commercial engagement.Lead regular business reviews and strategic alignment meetings with key customers.Commercial Growth & Business DevelopmentIdentify and close profitable new opportunities across Global and Multi-National Accounts.Drive growth through cross-selling, innovation, sustainability initiatives, and geographic expansion.Lead negotiations, global tenders, and RFPs/RFQs; develop value propositions around total cost of ownership and supply security.Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.Cross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Comex, and C3PM in a "team-based selling" model.Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and raw material dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies and share with FPS leadership.Skills & CompetenciesCustomer & Commercial LeadershipStrong customer-centric mindset; consultative and value-based selling approach with proven negotiation skills.Ability to manage complex international customer organizations across multiple countries.Strategic & Analytical ThinkingStrong business acumen: pricing, profitability, margins, and total cost of ownership.Data-driven decision-making; able to convert strategy into actionable initiatives.Leadership & CommunicationHigh ownership and resilience; entrepreneurial, results-driven, able to influence without direct authority.Excellent communication and presentation skills from operational to executive level.Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German highly desirable.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.8–10 years in Global Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Commercial Leadership in international B2B.Proven track record managing Global/Multi-National Accounts in packaging, manufacturing, industrial, or chemicals.Experience leading strategic negotiations, global tenders, and cross-functional commercial projects.Flexible packaging market knowledge is a strong advantage.
