🛠 Your responsibilities
As an IT Consultant / Service Delivery Engineer, you'll be a key point of contact for users and business stakeholders.
You will:
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT infrastructure incidents
✅ Provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, Windows environments, and end-user applications
✅ Participate in local and regional IT projects
✅ Manage smaller IT improvement initiatives from start to finish
✅ Collaborate with specialists in networking, servers, cloud, telephony, and security
✅ Deploy, upgrade, and refresh IT equipment
✅ Handle tickets and ensure proper administrative follow-up
✅ Advise users on IT best practices and modern workplace tools
✅ Contribute to continuous service improvements and customer satisfaction
✅ Participate in an on-call support rotation
🎯 What we're looking for
✔ 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, workplace services, or service delivery
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft environments
✔ Good understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals
✔ Interest in cloud technologies, AI, and modern workplace solutions
✔ Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management processes
✔ Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
✔ Fluent Dutch and English (French is an advantage)
