PpMust have: experience non-life insurance ideally affinity or embeded insurance. /p pLincoln is exclusively partnering with a leading European player in affinity and embedded insurance to recruit a senior Business Development Partnership Manager for the Benelux market. /p pThis is a strategic role for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust at senior level and structure complex B2B / B2B2C partnerships. /p pThe company designs and operates white‑label insurance and assistance solutions embedded into everyday products and services. Its partners operate across sectors such as: /p ul liTelecom /li liRetail distribution /li liMobility /li liTravel /li liEnergy /li liBanking /li liHealth equipment /li liDigital platforms /li liBroker ecosystems /li /ul pThe mission is clear: identify, approach, structure and close high‑value partnerships with large corporates, brokers, digital platforms and ecosystem players across Belgium and the wider Benelux region. /p pYou will work on strategic deals, not transactional sales. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding a strong pipeline of B2B and B2B2C opportunities /li liLeading complex sales cycles from qualification to closing /li liStructuring white‑label, affinity and embedded insurance partnerships /li liNegotiating with senior decision‑makers and C‑level stakeholders /li liWorking closely with underwriting, legal, product and operations teams /li liContributing directly to the company’s growth and market positioning /li /ul h3Relevant Experience /h3 ul liBusiness Development /li liStrategic Partnerships /li liKey Account Management /li liAffinity Insurance /li liEmbedded Insurance /li liBrokerage /li liAssistance /li liFinancial Services /li liB2B2C distribution models /li liWhite‑label solutions /li /ul pThe ideal profile combines strong commercial drive, strategic thinking, autonomy and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. /p pbFluency in Dutch and English is required.
