Logistics job: warehouse worker - 2-shift system

For a strong and stable logistics company in food industry, located in Oostkamp, we are looking for a motivated warehouse operative who enjoys physically active work. The company is also open to everybody who speaks English well, so don't hesitate to apply!
The job
As a warehouse operative, you play a key role in the company’s logistical process. Using an electric pallet truck, you work in the freezer to ensure goods are processed and shipped correctly. That way, you help supplying supermarkets all over Europe with their favourite frozen foods.
Your main tasks:
1. Loading and unloading trucks
2. Quality controls on incoming and outgoing goods
3. Move pallets between different sections of the company
In time, you'll also operate a reach truck after an internal training.

4. Experience as a warehouse operative or logistical worker, preferably with an electrical pallet truck
5. Not afraid of working in a cold environment (70% in freezer, 30% in fridge)
6. Willing to work in a 2-shift system
7. Own transport to the company (no public transport nearby)

Experience with a reach truck experience is a strong plus but not required.
