Ph3Description/Beschrijving /h3 pbYour mission /bbr/As Head of HR Benelux, you are a strategic business partner and a trusted advisor to the leadership teams. You oversee the entire HR agenda for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, ensuring that the HR function directly contributes to the company’s growth, transformation and sustainable performance. /p pThrough your HR team and HR Business Partners, you translate business priorities into high value-added HR initiatives, enabling managers and employees to fully develop their potential in a fast-growing retail environment. /p pYou combine strategic vision with operational pragmatism in order to build a high-performing, agile HR function capable of supporting the Group’s development ambitions. /p pWhile maintaining strong autonomy in defining and executing the HR strategy for the Benelux, you actively contribute to building a shared People vision at European level. You work closely with your counterparts in other countries to foster consistency of practices, sharing of expertise and the emergence of a unified HR culture within the Group. /p pbYour responsibilities /b /p ul liDriving the Benelux People strategy /li liDefine and drive the Benelux People strategy in line with the Group’s growth, transformation and performance ambitions. /li liAct as a strategic partner to leadership teams by translating business priorities into high value-added HR initiatives. /li liDevelop an HR Business Partner function, close to the field, recognised as a true lever of performance, engagement and value creation for Medi-Market. /li liStrengthen organisational, managerial capabilities and key skills required for the success of Benelux ambitions. /li liSupport changes, transformation projects and workforce planning reflections in order to ensure sustainable organisational growth. /li liAnticipate human challenges linked to strategic decisions and implement actions fostering buy-in, engagement and team performance. /li liWork closely with HR managers from other countries, particularly Italy and Spain, in order to progressively build consistent HR practices, standards and policies at European level, while taking local specificities into account. /li /ul pbLeadership HR function development /b /p ul liDevelop and evolve HRBP, Talent, Recruitment and HSE teams in order to strengthen their impact on the business and their contribution to the Group People strategy. /li liAct as coach and facilitator for HR teams in order to strengthen their capabilities in business partnering, talent development and organisational effectiveness. /li liPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the HR function. /li /ul pbDeveloping talents and future leaders /b /p ul liDeploy the Benelux Talent strategy and work on its Group development in order to attract, develop and retain key talents. /li liWork on the development of Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Leadership Development processes. /li liSupport managers in identifying and developing high-potential talents. /li /ul pbStrengthening Group attractiveness /b /p ul liLead the Benelux Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy. /li liDevelop initiatives enabling the attraction of talents required for the company’s growth. /li liStrengthen the employer value proposition to support the Group’s development ambitions. /li /ul pbEnsuring a sustainable social climate /b /p ul liLead social relations within the Benelux scope. /li liMaintain constructive dialogue with social partners. /li liAdvise leadership teams on social legislation and collective relations issues. /li liSupport transformations while respecting social and human balance. /li /ul pbHealth, Safety, Environment Well-being /b /p ul liOversee HSE policy and well-being initiatives. /li /ul h3Company info/Bedrijfsinformatie/Info d'entreprise /h3 pThe HR function plays a key role in supporting Medi-Market’s growth and transformation across Europe. /p pAs Head of HR Benelux, you will be part of the Group HR leadership community and collaborate closely with HR leaders in other countries (notably Italy and Spain) to ensure consistency of HR practices while adapting to local specificities. /p pYou will lead the HR organization across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, managing HR Business Partners and HR specialists (Talent, Recruitment, HSE), and acting as a strategic partner to the Benelux leadership teams. /p h3Profile/Profiel /h3 ul liFluent in bDutch, French, and English /b /li liMinimum 15 years of generalist HR experience /li liProven experience as Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, or HR Director in a fast-paced, growing environment /li liExperience in a multi-site and international organization;
