EMEA Sales Enablement Program Manager
This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, communication, and engagement. You will ensure that Sales teams and Sales Leaders receive clear, impactful messaging and have access to the right content, tools, and insights to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Communication & Enablement
1. Plan and deliver clear, consistent communication aligned with sales priorities and initiatives
2. Translate strategy into actionable, field-relevant messaging
3. Support leadership events with concise, business-focused content
4. Ensure alignment and continuity of key messages across the sales organization
Sales Content & Platforms
5. Manage and optimize internal platforms to provide easy access to sales content and resources
6. Coordinate stakeholders to develop high-quality, relevant enablement materials
7. Ensure content is structured, up to date, and aligned with business priorities
8. Continuously improve user experience and content accessibility
Engagement & Performance Insights
9. Track usage and engagement of sales content and communications
10. Analyze feedback, participation, and adoption of enablement initiatives
11. Identify gaps and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness
12. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Onboarding & Capability Building
13. Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of sales teams
14. Design engaging learning content and sessions
15. Ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and messaging to perform effectively
Requirements
16. 5–8+ years of experience in sales enablement, communication, or program management
17. Experience supporting senior leadership communication
18. Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable messaging
19. Solid understanding of IT channel sales environments and commercial priorities
20. Proven ability to translate strategy into practical tools and content for sales teams
21. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
22. Experience with enablement platforms and/or content management tools
