Position Overview
The Data Analyst will provide the link to our data for our business partners. Our Data Analysts are responsible for leveraging data and technology to improve business performance. They will work directly with the business owners and become experts in the processes and data respective of the teams they support. Responsibilities include the documentation and analysis of business processes and technical requirements, data analysis, report development, and ultimately making recommendations to the business. The Data Analyst will be working at the in Sao Paulo – SP – Brazil. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with weekends.
Partnership with business
* Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
* Develop detailed measures in cooperation with subject matter experts to evaluate company performance and to identify areas of opportunity.
* Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
* Document and communicate the results of your eAorts.
* EAectively communicate your insights and plans to team members and leadership.
Reporting, analysis & integration
* Oversee the reporting elements related to marketing/sales/operations/care operations.
* Extract, transform, and summarize data to create valuable reports, narratives, visualizations, and presentations for business partners.
* Work with other analysts and database developers to automate reports, design datasets, and validate the accuracy of reports.
* Access data for analysis using enterprise intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, MS SQL, Excel). Assist in building data models and datasets necessary for analysis and systems integration. Build models, perform testing, and develop protocols for all analysis and reporting programs.
* Document procedures for data pull and data preparation for reporting & analysis.
* Stay current on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
* Evaluate & redesign ETL processes with subject matter experts & database developers
Education & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years’ work experience, five years or more preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft SQL tools (3 to 5 years preferred).
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, related fields or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
* Demonstrated analytical skills, advanced knowledge of reporting processes and systems.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in individual and group settings.
* Ability to execute and close on multiple ongoing projects within a given timeframe, without close supervision.
* Advanced English proficiency is mandatory

* Work Model: 100% On-site
