We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Scrum Master
to guide agile teams working on digital customer communication features within mobile and web applications. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to enable a high-performing, self-organizing team in a complex, international context. Your mission: improve team effectiveness, uphold Agile and SAFe best practices, and drive continuous delivery and improvement across the digital communication ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support a Scrum team in implementing Agile and SAFe principles.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, etc.
* Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog.
* Remove impediments and foster a productive, creative, and safe team environment.
* Promote continuous improvement, feedback culture, and team empowerment.
* Guide the team in delivering high-quality functionality across key areas like newsfeeds, process tracking, document boxes, deeplinks, and the action centre.
* Support cross-team collaboration, including with international colleagues.
* Contribute to the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide Agile goals.
* Cultivate open communication, mutual trust, and inclusive team dynamics.
Experience & Competences
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
* Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology and SAFe frameworks.
* Skilled in leading digital product teams, ideally within mobile or web app development.
* Proven experience using
Jira
and coordinating Agile planning and reporting.
* Solid understanding of product lifecycle, backlog refinement, and release planning.
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to facilitate teams through change and complexity.
* Capable of managing priorities and keeping an end-to-end view.
* Comfortable navigating both IT and business environments.
* Experience in international team collaboration is an asset.
