We're an SME based in Tienen, Belgium, and we're growing. /p pThe role sits between the field and the rest of the organisation. You'd be the technical point of contact for customers, support the engineering and sales teams, contribute to product validation, and help translate real-world experience into better documentation and development. About 30% travel within Benelux, the rest from our Tienen office. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liBe the technical point of contact for customers, pre and post-sales /li liSupport product validation and real-world testing /li liFeed field experience back into RD and product development /li liWrite technical documentation that actually makes sense /li liRun training sessions internally and with customers /li liWork closely with our production, sales teams and ofcurse the technical team. /li liTravel within Benelux around 10-30% of the time. /li /ul h3What we're looking for: /h3 ul li4+ years of hands‑on field experience in marine, industrial, rail, or heavy equipment /li liYou're comfortable with tools, cable installation, and occasional welding /li liGood understanding of engines and aftertreatment systems (SCR, DPF, DOC is a serious plus) /li liExperience with CAN bus or Modbus is an advantage /li liFamiliarity with SolidWorks, EPLAN, or PLC programming is a plus /li liPython is a plus if you've used it for data work or automation /li liDutch and English required. French or German puts you ahead /li liSomeone who can re‑prioritise when something urgent comes in /li /ul pThis isn't a pure field role and it isn't a desk job either.
