Sensor Tower is seeking a Manager of Innovation Strategy to join our I&S team as it continues to grow and deliver cutting‑edge market intelligence solutions to our most valued clients. This role reports directly to the Director of Innovation and Strategy and offers a unique opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience in data analytics and consulting. You will collaborate directly with customers and engineers to develop and implement innovative market data solutions, contributing to Sensor Tower’s leadership in the industry.
Note: This is an individual contributor role with no management responsibilities.
Employment: Full‑time under a B2B contract.
Responsibilities
* Leverage hands‑on data experience to explore and define innovative solutions, developing new use‑cases for data assets that scale to create strategic opportunities.
* Transform complex data into compelling narratives, using strong analytical and storytelling skills to communicate insights and persuade stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to develop and implement comprehensive solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and integration.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including Fortune 500 companies, ensuring their success through strategic insights and tailored solutions.
* Partner with the Sales team to support business development efforts, articulating the strategic impact of our solutions and aiding in the proposal process.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets independently, developing innovative solutions and actionable insights. Expertise with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
* Demonstrated track record of identifying, scaling, and creating new data use‑cases that drive significant business value; entrepreneurial approach to developing strategic opportunities.
* Strong communication skills to transform complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in cross‑functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and client teams to implement integrated solutions.
* Proven experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with high‑profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies, focusing on client success and satisfaction.
Nice to Have
* Hands‑on experience with data‑driven project management and analysis.
* Relevant professional experience in Data Science, Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, or Technical Account Management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
