Overall coordination of media strategies development and plans execution for the South America Region (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador) with your Line Manager and Agencies across the region: ensuring all media execution is implemented OTIF, guaranteeing an aligned and harmonized media planning, execution and post‑campaign analysis process across the different countries, supporting development of regional media strategies and needed adaptations to country‑specific landscape/business needs, delivering against region/country business KPIs. Ensuring all media execution follows Company guidelines, processes and respects the Company Global Media Framework. Standardizing quality of delivery and harmonized planning process across the different markets of the region. Contributing to development of effective media plans and optimizations, closely working with marketing, CSU, e‑commerce, etc. Coordinating and organizing deliveries and campaign reports. Having a vision of innovation to land the global JPBS in the region.

Key requirements:
* 6+ years of Media experience with CPG brands in the client or agency side (both preferred), including media planning, implementation & evaluation of effective media campaigns.
* Expertise & Technical knowledge of Integrated Communications with holistic cross‑touchpoint strategies (online and offline media).
* Deep knowledge of the Brazil media landscape and market tools (TGI, Ibope Monitor, Digital Verification, etc).
* Regional (South America) media landscape and market tools knowledge is a strong plus for the position.
* Organization skills and simultaneous projects management & coordination capabilities are a must.
* Strong media plans coordination, presentation, communication, analysis and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to overcome barriers, resilience, share know‑how and work in partnerships with other areas.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree completed
Conhecimentos Específicos:
* Specific media tools (TGI, Ibope Monitor, etc...)
* Microsoft Office Package, Excel & Powerpoint expertise
