Product Specialist
to support our dealer network and internal stakeholders across Europe. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing product knowledge and engagement, driving awareness and sales across our Material Handling portfolio.
What can you expect from this challenging job?
Product Support:
Create technical sales documentation and maintain these. Provide comprehensive product support to our dealer network across Europe and to internal stakeholders, ensuring they have the knowledge.
Sales Training & Educational Materials:
Prepare detailed product manuals to support dealer sales training and build product expertise across teams.
Product Training Coordination:
Organize and conduct product training sessions for sales teams and internal colleagues to ensure consistent product knowledge.
Product Improvement Collaboration:
Propose and discuss potential product improvements with our headquarters team in Korea, aligning local feedback with product development.
Tender & Deal Support:
Provide in-depth product information and support to dealers during significant tenders and deals.
Marketing & Brochure Validation:
Validate brochures and technical specifications before release, collaborating with marketing to supply accurate product-related information.
Pricing & Options Support:
Offer guidance on machine pricing and lead the offering of additional product options.
Event Participation:
Actively participate in dealer events and exhibitions to build relationships and promote product awareness.
Product Launches:
Present and introduce new products to our dealers, showcasing the benefits and unique features.
Market knowledge
: Signal market trends and compare our products against competition.
Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
* Technical Background: A technical degree or background paired with at least 5 years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally within the heavy equipment or a related industry.
* Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of product positioning and an aptitude for aligning product features with market needs.
* Proactive, Hands-on Approach: Self-starter with a proactive attitude, ready to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
* Public Speaking Confidence: Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of diverse audiences.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with additional European languages as a plus.
* Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel within Europe for dealer visits and industry fairs, approximately 20-30% of the time.
