We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 pYou will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. /p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. /li liProviding support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct. /li liIdentifying opportunities to improve site experience and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. /li liCollaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site support strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site. /li liMonitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site care activities and outcomes. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pYou will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. /p h3Required Qualifications And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. /li liPrevious experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. /li liExcellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liKnowledge of ICH‑GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. /li liWillingness to travel as required (approximately 60%). /li /ul h3What ICON Can Offer You /h3 pOur success depends on the quality of our people.
