As part of the Customer Department, the Connection Lifecycle initiative is transforming how our customers interact with the company, making all steps of the connection journey more transparent, efficient, and data-driven. The project covers the full process: connection requests, technical and administrative document management, modifications, and termination. By leveraging digital solutions, we aim to simplify collaboration, enhance operational security, and provide grid users with the best possible support and responsiveness.
