Hello, candidate :)

As a IT Service Delivery Analyst at Würth IT, you support the relationship between Würth IT and assigned Würth Group companies and partners. Your role focuses on learning account management fundamentals, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities together with experienced account managers. You help ensure transparent communication, structured coordination, and reliable service delivery while building a solid understanding of business needs and the Würth IT service portfolio. You represent Würth IT professionally towards the business partner and support the business partner’s interests within ONE IT under guidance.

Opportunity & Demand Support

· Support the identification of demand, improvement potential, and development opportunities within assigned business partner accounts

· Help gather and structure business partner needs and requirements

· Assist in translating business needs into IT topics using the Würth IT service portfolio

· Support the preparation of solution ideas, proposals, and account overviews

· Contribute to account development activities under guidance of senior account managers

Coordination within ONE IT

· Support coordination between business partners and internal Würth IT teams

· Assist service managers, delivery teams, project managers, and experts in customer-related topics

· Help ensure customer expectations are clearly documented and aligned with Würth IT standards

· Support onboarding of new services, transitions, and changes

· Escalate risks, issues, or open points early to senior colleagues

Governance, Transparency & Quality

· Support maintenance of structured account documentation and overviews

· Help monitor service quality and customer satisfaction

· Contribute to continuous improvement of collaboration and service usage

· Learn and apply Würth IT processes, governance standards, and agreements

· Ensure reliable documentation and transparency in account-related activities

Requirements:

· Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification or first professional experience in an IT-related environment

· Strong interest in IT services, customer relationships, and business processes

· Basic understanding of IT services or service portfolios (theoretical or practical)

· Motivation to work in an international and complex IT environment

· Good communication skills and willingness to learn

· First experience with CRM, service management, or reporting tools

· Basic knowledge of IT service management concepts (e.G. ITIL)

· Interest in account development, customer segmentation, or portfolio thinking

· Professional proficiency in English and Spanish .
