As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (CRM) with min. 6 years of experience in consulting and solution architecture, you will be part of our Microsoft Center of Excellence. Because of your strong analytical & leadership skills, you can guide a Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform implementation. Your job will consist of a combination of tasks amongst which creating a solution design & architecture for various customers in different projects, guide & steer the development team in combination with the business analyst, validating the setup of different functionalities and integrations, etc.
Your Responsibilities
At least 6 years of experience in implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into an optimal solution design & architecture.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform / Azure / DevOps CI/CD.
Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree, university degree or master’s degree (preferred, but not necessary in Business, Economics or Marketing). Min. experience of 6 years.
Team player, can work in a flexible and independent manner, problem‑solver.
Has an interest in customer data and processes, which you will use to develop functional implementation plans in a CRM environment.
Prior experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Service or Marketing.
Pro‑active and strong communicative skills (NL, ENG, FR).
Driven, motivated, passionate, and committed.
Eager to learn and stay on top of the latest CRM trends.
Travel is a possibility (if desired).
