At Netceed Telecom, we’re not just connecting cables — we’re connecting futures. As our new Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our most strategic clients. You’ll build and grow high-impact relationships, deliver smart, tailored solutions, and help drive the future of fiber and energy networks across Europe.
What you'll do:
* Be the driving force behind Netceed’s growth — own key accounts while actively hunting for new opportunities to expand our presence.
* Think boldly and execute strategically — develop and deliver account plans that boost customer satisfaction and accelerate revenue.
* Uncover and pursue new business — identify whitespace, seize cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and open doors to fresh growth.
* Negotiate like a pro — lead high-impact conversations and close deals that create value for both Netceed and our customers.
* Champion the customer experience — anticipate needs, resolve challenges quickly, and go above and beyond to strengthen relationships.
* Stay ahead of the market — monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to position Netceed as the partner of choice.
* Bring industry insight — knowledge of building and campus connectivity solutions is a strong plus.
* Own your results — provide clear, data-driven performance reports and celebrate the wins you made happen.
You bring:
* Experience in sales of a technical product
* A dynamic, hands-on mindset and outstanding communication skills
* A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
* A strategic approach focused on results and long-term impact
* Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a big plus!)
* A drive to work in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
