Tinrate has made a buzzing start in the first half of 2026. After closing a pre-seed round in record time Tinrate has created a new marketplace in no time. Now Tinrate is rolling out a B2B solution where we revolutionize the clients and prospects get information, demo's, intro's or sales from companies. A super scalable B2B solution that is new, cool and exciting and has a whole market yet to be created.

Tinrate is a small team of 5 young ambitious people located in the heart of Ghent backed by an impressive group of investors. As the first sales hire you will have freedom to create your own style to achieve your goals.

As we're only five people, you're almost part of the founding team with enormous opportunities. Also means you'll be in the loop of almost all different areas within the company and your voice will be heard: marketing, tech, operations.

Responsibilities

* Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
* Prospect outreach
* Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
* Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
* At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience preferably in a SaaS or tech company
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* You can work independent
* You are based in Belgium and will be in the Ghent office

We are looking for a real go-getter with a first experience in sales within tech/SaaS companies who can generate sales himself and finally build out his own sales organisation within the company.
