All this within an ever-evolving reality where human relationships always come first.Job DescriptionThe Quality Manager is responsible for supervising, managing, and controlling all QA/QC activities related to industrial insulation and coating works for our project in Belgium. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with project specifications as well as corporate and client quality standards. The role has an International scope (Belgium) and requires strong synergy and on-site coordination with clients, contractors, and various site teams, supporting quality control and reporting activities in full compliance with HSE procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesQA/QC Supervision: Lead and supervise all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities related to insulation (hot & cold systems) and industrial coating works.Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with technical project specifications, contractual requirements, and established quality standards.Documentation and Inspections Management: Manage the drafting and application of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), coordinate on-site inspections, prepare quality documentation, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Interface Coordination: Act as a key point of contact and coordination between clients, subcontractors, and site operations teams for all quality-related matters.Reporting and Control: Actively support on-site quality control, monitoring work progress and structuring regular period reporting.HSE Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all quality control activities are carried out in strict compliance with HSE procedures and project safety requirements.RequirementsEducation and Experience: Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager (Experienced / Specialist profile) gained within complex industrial projects, EPC contracts, or Oil & Gas / Refinery environments.Industry Expertise (Insulation & Coating): Solid experience and technical competence in industrial insulation systems (hot & cold insulation) and industrial coatings, which will be considered a strong competitive advantage.Certifications and Regulations: Knowledge of CINI standards and possession of a NEBOSH certification will be considered a strong asset. VCA Vol. safety certification is required.Soft Skills and Languages: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to interface effectively with international clients and teams.
