Your responsibilities

Building the HR foundations of tomorrowDefine and drive the Group’s People Operations roadmap in line with Medi-Market’s European growth and transformation ambitions.
Develop a modern, efficient and scalable HR organization capable of supporting the Group’s expansion.
Harmonize HR processes and strengthen the quality of the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, simplification and operational excellence.

Strengthening Group attractiveness through an innovative Reward strategy

Build and evolve the Group’s Compensation & Benefits strategy.
Develop a modern, fair and competitive compensation policy.
Lead projects related to pay transparency, mobility budget, cafeteria plans and the evolution of benefits.
Develop the foundations of a coherent Reward approach across the Group.
Ensure continuous monitoring of best practices to strengthen talent attraction and retention.

Ensuring HR operational excellence

Oversee payroll, HR administration and HR governance activities.
Ensure quality, compliance and reliability of HR processes.
Develop efficient ways of working to support Group growth.
Ensure robust governance aligned with the company’s international ambitions.

Accelerating HR digital transformation

Define and drive the Group’s HRIS strategy.
Make Workday a lever for simplification, efficiency and value creation for HR teams and managers.
Develop automation and digitalization of HR processes.
Identify opportunities offered by new technologies and artificial intelligence to evolve HR practices.
Ensure a modern and high-performing user experience for employees and managers.

Developing a data-driven HR function

Strengthen Group capabilities in HR analytics, reporting and HR controlling.
Oversee social controlling and HR budgets.
Develop indicators that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Transform HR data into actionable insights supporting Group growth and performance.
Support Finance and HR teams in forecasting and workforce planning exercises.

Leadership & team development

Develop Payroll, HR Solutions, HRIS and HR Controlling teams to strengthen their expertise and impact.
Support employee upskilling and development.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Build a team recognized for its expertise, service quality and contribution to organizational performance.

As ,Global Head of People Operations, Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics, you are part of the Group HR leadership community and act at Group level, contributing to the development of shared HR foundations across countries. You work in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders across the Benelux, Italy and Spain to ensure consistency, alignment and scalability of HR processes, tools and policies across the Group. You lead and develop the People Operations organisation, including Payroll, HR Solutions, HRIS and HR Controlling teams, and play a key role in structuring the HR foundations that support the Group’s international growth.
Profile/Profiel

Fluent in English and French and B2 level in Dutch
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in roles with strong operational, analytical or transformation scope.
Proven experience in several of the following areas: HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, HR Controlling, Payroll and People Analytics.
Confirmed experience in team management.
Experience in HR transformation projects, digitalization or HR system implementation.
Experience in a fast-growing, multi-site international environment.
Experience in HR transformation projects and HR tool implementation.
